In therapy, your needs are what matter most. Therapy can get heavy when you’re exploring the darkest parts of your life. You want to feel a true connection with your therapist in order to feel safe exploring your secrets.
I provide a comfortable, safe, and adaptive environment for you to begin exploring yourself in new ways, while also learning skills to better manage and improve some of the difficulties your life presents. ~ My client-centered therapy approach allows for you to feel fully in control of your therapy process, while I provide continuous support along your journey.
In my time working as a psychotherapist in Los Angeles, the topic of sexual trauma or harassment has become a major theme amongst the lives of my patients. Personal experiences, combined with my educational and professional skills, motivated me to develop a specialization in working with people who have suffered through sexual assault. Being a trauma-informed clinician allows me to approach your experiences with full empathy and genuine understanding.
I am also dedicated to serving various other populations of clients with a range of daily stressors such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and even couple’s or family therapy.
